To our beautiful daughters and their husbands, to our four beautiful grandchildren, thanks for the wonderful years of memories. And to our friends, we look forward to being together with you all for many years to come.
Off to the Bahamas!
What a lovely picture Susan. You look radiant and Dale looks so happy. Hope you both have a wonderful anniversary celebration. We're not far behind you, with 42 this fall.
ReplyDeleteThey say time flies when you're having fun, and that is SO true. Congratulations to you both.
Sam
Happy anniversary! Enjoy your celebration which I assume will include a very good wine.
ReplyDeleteBest,

ReplyDeleteLove the pictures!
Happy Anniversary to you both. How wonderful to have such lovely photos to hold memory close. I know you'll have a wonderful celebration today. My best to both of you. Hugs and blessings...Mary
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary to you two wonderful cooks, travelers and writers. I wish you the very best of the day, of reminisces and stories, and at the close of the day, the very best of food and wine.
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary !!! You both look as happy today as you did 45 years ago...
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! Have a great time in the Bahamas.
ReplyDeleteMarilyn, the Bahama honeymoon was 45 years ago. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary, Susan! What a cute couple :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Susan! Enjoy your trip! Kirsten
ReplyDeleteTime does fly, doesn't it? Happy Anniversary to you both!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary! What great pictures you posted. I, too, can't believe how time flies. My son is 20 and it seems like only a couple of years ago that he was a toddler. And isn't it weird that no matter how many years go by, we are still "young" in our minds?? My son sometimes tells me that I act like a 'teenager' but, trust me, he does NOT mean that in a complimentary way! LOL!
ReplyDeleteAgain, many blessings and happy anniversary to you and your hubby.
Best,
Gloria
Happy 45th Anniversary! It's also my parents anniversary. If dad had lived they would have been married 56 years today!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your special day and many more happy and healthy years to the both of you and your families!
Mary
Congratulations and many happy returns of the day!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! You two look so happy, and by the way you write about your married life it's safe to say it continues to be that way. Wishing you all of the best in the Bahamas and many more years to come!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
ReplyDeleteI know exactly how you feel; we celebrated 48 years last month and we look at each other and our family with awe. How did we ever get here?
Enjoy Susan!...happy to have met you in the Blogshere. Who would have thought we could be doing this now.
Rita
Susan, you two are shining examples (it appears to me) as time flies when you're having fun.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for seizing the day and embracing each other and the adventures to come with verve and joy!
Love your dress Susan- you and Dale look so happy.
