My neighbor just dropped by with a huge bag of Key limes! They are so fragrant and so ripe. Luckily I have an electric juicer or I would still be working on it. I got just over 2 1/2 cups of juice. This will be frozen for this winter and will be used to season fish, add to vinaigrette's and of course, Key Lime Pie.What a lovely treat!!
