These views of the lake we are staying on in Montana, are so beautiful. For someone who does not normally live near the mountains or have a mountain view out of their windows, this is very precious to us.
I was surprised that the Montana wildflowers are still blooming. Unfortunately, I cannot name them because my "Montana Wildflower" book is on my bookshelf in Florida. Go figure!!
Okay, be patient with us. It has been 23 days since we left our home. Hmmm...that is a lot of different beds in my estimation. We are finally, tonight, settled in our place until mid October. It has been an interesting ride so far. We have spent special times with my brother and sister-in-law, our two daughters in Ohio and Wisconsin, The Trout's cousin in Illinois, the Trout's best fishing buddy in Indianapolis. We attended the wedding of our dearest friends' son in Minnesota, stayed in a cabin with minimal facilities for 10 days, and now we are at rest.
The air is very clear and fresh and it brings us to our knees and wanting to climb into bed before 8 p.m. Is it our age? I hope not. We have connected with good friends out here in the Big Sky state. We have friends from Wisconsin coming to visit us next week also. Now, let us unpack the books and DVD's and knitting, and so forth. We will enjoy the next few weeks. The Trout is already starting to count his catch and recording all the pertinent information regarding that. We are so thankful that we are in good health and can enjoy these wonderful trips.
