Glad you got one with your daughter.

Reading the distance you have to travel to be with family I realise how fortunate I am to only have to travel an hour (mind you it is on London's orbital motorway which is sometimes described as the largest car park in the country) It must be so hard saying goodbye to the grandchildren in your circumstances.Barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05799594980600477320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294756097506819118.post-5279490597036087592010-01-02T22:56:21.261-07:002010-01-02T22:56:21.261-07:00My sister and I do that same "no photo thing&...My sister and I do that same "no photo thing" I think it is that we are so busy talking, cooking, and taking pictures of each others kids. We get to see our grandson this coming weekend, it sure makes you pack a lot of lovin' in a short time when they live a ways away.Jody Bluehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02822023313529125586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-294756097506819118.post-57189579687343531802009-12-30T17:08:19.836-07:002009-12-30T17:08:19.836-07:00Being with family is what the holidays are all abo...Being with family is what the holidays are all about- You have a beauiful family. So glad you had such a wonderful Christmas with your grandkids this year.

I remember leaving Mom and Dad's house after Christmas, heading back down to CA, with all of us bawling, I hated that part, since Pat and I lived so far away we only got home once a year also during those years. It was always so hard on my folks.

We have good memories though and lots of pictures to look back on. So it's good to hear that you'll be taking more pictures...so important.

Hello to the Trout!Knitting Maniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07751227475793526295noreply@blogger.com
